Transcripts

Official Transcripts may be requested in writing by filling out the following form and returning it to us along with your payment: http://www.slc.qc.ca/sites/slc/files/documents/request_for_document_0.pdf#overlay-context=documents/academic

Official transcripts are usually sent directly by one institution to another or to an employer.

Please note that there is a $6 charge for each copy sent.  If you wish to obtain a student copy for yourself, then the charge is $4.
