In the women's individual standings, defending champion, Anne-Catherine Tanguay, started the tournament on the right foot, shooting a 3-over par, 74 to take first place. Her closest competitor is, her teammate, Elyse Archambault, who shot a 79 on Tuesday, she is in a tie for second place with Danielle Greene of Humber College. On the men's side, Samuel Rochette shot a 1-under par 70 to grab first place overall after the first day of competition. He sits 2 shots ahead of teammate Charles Côté, who is tied with 3 other golfers in second place. In the team Standings, the Lions are in first place in both the men and women's categories. Even if they are at a disadvantage because they are only two, Elyse and Anne-Catherine have brought their A-game to Windsor. Their combined score of 153 is 9-strokes better then their main competition in Humber College. On the men's side, the Lions picked up where they left off after the Provincials 10 days ago. shooting a combined 289 which is 10 strokes better than Camosun College.
